How Much Coffee Is Too Much

Today, I thought I'd talk a bit about something Americans hold near and dear, and it isn't Obama, death, or taxes. I thought I'd write about this because of something someone told me yesterday, about someone I know pretty well, who is having a bit of a rough time communicating with his staff, particularly as it gets later in the day.
Yesterday, I told you that my recommendation would be to stop drinking coffee, so today I'm going to continue being a killjoy, and give you another recommendation, which is to stop drinking soda/cola/pop, or whatever it's being called these days. Where I grew up it was called soda, midwesterners call it pop, and southerners, cola. Whatever it's called, it isn't good for you.

Why You Should Eat Fat To Get Fit

Recently, I have been following a continuing debate in the medical community about diet, and the amount of fat you should have in your diet. If you're a little bit like me, you wish that there was a magic pill that could take care of this, but nobody has that formula at present, and maybe we never will.
I got a question I got from a sincere young man in southern California, where fish tacos are a menu staple, around the beach. While we have plenty of beach where I live, I don't recall this being a menu staple anywhere that I frequent.
Over the weekend, I've been reading some very interesting books and studies about the effect of omega 3 fats on the brain. Now reading academic journals can be tough, but the way this latest information was laid out was very clear and concise.
