Using Dumbbell Training To Build Strong Useful Muscle & Powerful Heart and Lungs While Simultaneously Burning Fat Is The Fastest Way To A Great Body!

Who wants to use dumbbell training to build muscle? How about dumbbell training for cardiorespiratory endurance? Or dumbbell training to burn fat? What about using dumbbell training for all three, who’s interested?
I know I raised my hand.
Most people have no problem understanding when I recommend dumbbell training for building muscle. But dumbbell training to improve heart and lung power and burning fat? That takes some explaining.
Let me tell you a little story...
When I introduce people to the Superior Dumbbell Workout, they love the workout. Once they catch their breath and their heart rate slows down, that is!
So there they are, sweating, panting and heart pumping like a locomotive, and then they ask, “What are we going to do for cardio?”
They just don’t get it. Any exercise that increases heart and respiratory rates IS cardio! More importantly, it is cardio that dramatically improves real-world performance. Much more so than riding a bike or running on a treadmill.
What do I mean?
Well, have you ever been asked to lift an object, or carry something up some stairs? And were you shocked at how out of breath you were and how hard your heart was pumping, even though you do your cardio in the gym?
The truth is, cardio improves specific heart and lung work. So, if you do your cardio on a bike, you’re heart and lungs work better for biking. Same goes for running. But when asked to do other exercise, the heart and lungs have a hard time performing.
But what happens when you get your cardio work done with dumbbell training. That’s right, you increase heart and lung power. But more important, the improvements translate into cardio benefits that help you do real-world activities easier.
So, the next time you have to carry something up some stairs, you’re muscles, heart and lungs will be equally up to the task!
Dumbbell Training For Fat Loss
Interesting, but what does this have to do with dumbbell training for fat loss?
I just wanted to show how some people have a hard time identifying all the benefits they get out of training. Many people don’t realize their strength training and muscle building with dumbbells can also improve their cardiorespiratory power.
They are the same people who don’t realize dumbbell training can burn off tons of fat!
Burning fat doesn’t just happen on the treadmill or exercise bike. Any activity which causes the body to spend energy burns fat.
And I’ve put together dumbbell workouts that use LOTS of energy. Plus, the progressive PLAN becomes more difficult over time, so you’ll keep burning more and more fat.
In my experience, burning fat is an important part of the equation when looking to improve fitness and improve your physique.
After all, who wants all that fat covering up the strong, lean muscles you build with the proper use of dumbbells?
Not only is extra fat unattractive, but it can hurt performance and sabotage your health.
But, if you’re like me, the thought of burning fat brings to mind images of long, boring cardio sessions. And I for one hate endless hours on the treadmill, or exercise bike. It just doesn’t seem like a productive way to use my training time!
I use my dumbbell training to burn fat while simultaneously building muscle and improving fitness! So, I say good-bye to long, boring cardio.
The Bottom Line On Proper Dumbbell Training
Using dumbbell training to its full potential does not only improve general fitness and build strong, useful muscle. It improves heart and lung endurance and burns off unwanted fat, even without doing boring cardio.
Imagine...
-Simultaneously building a muscular body AND burning off fat.
-Performing cardio with dumbbells leading to more real-world endurance.
-Performing, and looking better in and out of the gym.
You can... by using dumbbell training to its full potential!
Coach Eddie Lomax pushes the limits of dumbbell training by introducing grinding “slow” lifts, explosive “quick” lifts and complex matrixes in his eBook Superior Dumbbell Workout. You’ll never look at a set of dumbbells the same way again!
