It’s one thing to read this information here, or hear it in the news, it is completely another to see yourself in the mirror growing larger and more unhealthy daily. Have we become a defeatist society too?  While we face the most serious economic downturn in history no one is preparing to be healthy enough to work in the future.  Why?  And don’t get me started on the environment, as we steadily pollute our air and water growing our food has to be considered at risk.

The reason I am so very passionate about this subject is because I face my own health concerns via genetic circumstances.  So, if someone told me today I could regain control of my health by refusing that soda, or eliminating those chips and other bad diet choices… I would do it in an instant!  I have spent the last two decades finding ways to live my very best life, and I have.  I cannot fathom why people would succumb to an unhealthy body and lifestyle when they have the ability to redirect their intentions and change their life.
