Sand training

I just finished this morning my routine in sand that I have
been developing. I ran Sprints in
between volleyball poles. I also set up
a triangle and sprint 5 times in one direction, go back to some interval sprints
and run triangle 5 times in the other direction. In between each running exercise I also do
slow deep squats. Slow squat throw a
nice curve ball at the routine. They
also take away from the stress placed on the body by explosive exercises and
make the routine more complete.
